An overnight stay in Vipiteno/Sterzing wanted? Our little city hotel in Vipiteno/Sterzing offers 15 rooms, all furnished individually and with lots of love. Do you prefer a room with a 16th-century wood-panelled ceiling or one with a gazebo and view of the historic centre and archways? No matter which room you choose, holidays at our 4-star hotel in South Tyrol are the right decision – every time.
Our rooms are equipped with every comfort you could wish for during a holiday in Vipiteno/Sterzing: minibar, safe, Sat-TV, radio, telephone, bathtub or shower, bidet, toilet, beauty mirror, hairdryer and free internet.
The prices are per person and day including the breakfast buffet. At breakfast, you enjoy freshly baked goods and homemade jams from our own pastry shop and confectionery. If you book a room with half- or full board, you can choose your favourite menu at our à la carte restaurant. For the full board, we charge a supplement of 15.00 euro per person and day on top of the half-board price. The half- and full board is bookable with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
In case of single occupancy, we charge a supplement of 13.00 euro per day. For additional guests staying in the extra bed, we offer a discount of 30% on top of the daily rate.
The prices are excluding the local spa tax of 2.30 euro per person (above 14 years old) and day charged on site.

0-3 years: free stay
3-6 years: -60%
6-12 years: -40%
Important information
Arrival and departure: On arrival day, the rooms are ready for you by 2 p.m. On departure day, we ask you to vacate the room until 11 a.m.
Parking place: Our private parking place in Via Ralser/Ralsergasse is located directly next to the hotel and free for our guests.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation, we will try to find other guests for your room. If this is not possible, we will charge 50% of the total price. This also applies for late arrival and early departure.
Elevator: All floors are reachable via elevator.
Pets: Upon request, we also allow pets at our hotel at a fee of 8.00 euro per day excluding food.
Payment methods: We accept payments in cash (up to 2,999.99 euro for EU citizens), by cheque and credit card.
Mobile phones: Out of respect for other hotel guests, we kindly ask you to refrain from using your mobile phone in the dining halls and the spa oasis.

In order to guarantee your complete safety during your next stay at our establishment and enjoy your time tot he fullest, we have taken the following measures for you:
- All surfaces and public areas have been subjected to thorough cleaning and treated with special disinfectants.
- All premises are regularly ventilated.
- Door handles, railings, light switches, lift buttons, seats and shelves are regularly disinfected.
- Hand disinfectant dispensers are available at the entrances and lifts for you.
- All hotel linen is professionally washed at a high temperature on site with special detergents to kill germs and viruses.
- Our staff is continuously trained and monitored in the current safety measures. They work exclusively with face masks, and disposable gloves where necessary.
- On arrival you will receive a small set from us consisting of nose and mouth protection, disposable gloves, and disinfection gel.
- For safety reasons we have decided to serve breakfast in your room at no extra charge so you can enjoy breakfast in peace and quiet without being obliged to comply with social distancing rules or the wearing of masks.
- Lunch and dinner are served in our restaurant with its various parlours and in our Liliensaal with sufficient distance for an enjoyable experience in a pleasant atmosphere.
- You can pre-book our wellness area with sauna, steam bath, and infrared cabin. The entire area is at your personal disposal for the agreed period. Afterwards we will take the necessary disinfection measures.
- Check-in and check-out are carried out at the reception. Since we are a very small hotel, no large crowds of people are to be expected.
- There are no cancellation fees for travel restrictions due to Covid-19. Deposits already made will be credited for the next stay in our house.
